Medical Insurance is available to full-time employees and their dependents on the first day of the month following a qualifying period. In addition to regular medical benefits, the plan includes a wellness benefit and prescription drug coverage.
Dental coverage is available to full-time employees and their dependents on the first day of the month following a qualifying period. Coverage includes preventive, basic, and major Prosthodontic and Orthodontic services.
Life/AD&D/Long Term/Short Term Disability Insurance
Life, AD&D, Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance is available to eligible employees on the first day of the month following a qualifying period. Life, AD&D, Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance is provided at no cost to the employee.
Buechel employees are eligible to participate in the 401(K) Plan on the first day of the quarter following (6) six months of service.
Full-time employees are eligible for paid vacation following (1) one year of service. The number of vacation days increases based on the number of years of service.
Full-time employees are eligible for (8) eight paid holidays which include: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
